“Don’t stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done” – Manuel Tratter

Week 16 and still going strong. I hope this is helping to make someones Monday a little better and brighter.

Last week we talked about how instead of putting something aside until ‘tomorrow’ we start today. Following on from that, this week we talk about how sometimes it’s easy to give up at the first hurdle. The first time you say “I’ve made a start and done well, time to take a break – just for a day” A day turns into two, which turns into a week, which turns into a month and so on (unless you are incredibly disciplined in which case I salute you!)

So hears a little fun pick me up which will hopefully help to reignite the spark and get you back on track for anytime this occurs!
